The state-of-the-art production facilities and tasting room of this newly established winery are surrounded by 15 acres of cold-climate grapes. Enjoy Dancing Dragonfly’s spacious tasting room during winter months as well as the covered patio during the summer. Take a walking tour of it’s vineyard and production facilities with the tour ending in our tasting room. Dancing Dragonfly also offers Appetizers, Wood-Fire Pizza, Flatbread/dips, and desserts. ‘Dancing Dragonfly Winery, the Twin Cities newest destination winery, is now open for business near St. Croix Falls, Wis.
“We have focused on a being a winery that is proud of our Midwestern roots. Dancing Dragonfly Winery is working hard to make the very best wines of the St. Croix River Valley. Our opening is the culmination of a four-year effort.” says owner Bill Bluhm. “We plan on making all our own wine, and have invested heavily in our vineyard and production facilities. We currently have a 15-acre vineyard and will be planting additional vines in the years to come. We have a commitment to producing fine wines that have bright but balanced and complex flavor, with a hint of elegance.”
Dancing Dragonfly Winery features separate production, wine tasting and event facilities to best serve our customers.
The tasting room and event center are nestled in the center of the vineyard, and are the jewel of the property. The event center is state-of-the-art, and can accommodate parties of up to 300 guests with both indoor and outdoor event space.
The winery will be hosting wine tastings, wine dinners and special events of all kinds. The tasting room features a tasting bar, floor to ceiling windows, custom cabinetry and a relaxed setting to enjoy a glass of wine.
Dancing Dragonfly Winery is located just off of Highway 8, south of Menards, in St. Croix Falls. The hours are Monday -Friday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., Saturday: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m., and Sunday: Noon – 5 p.m.
Tours and Tastings are also available at various times during normal business hours. Dancing Dragonfly will be open year around.’
